Refund Policy

We want you to love your FutureDock order. If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable products and clearance items.

How to request a refund

Email support@futuredock.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We reply within 24 hours with next steps.

Processing time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
