You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return conditions

• Item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• All original accessories and documentation must be included.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email support@futuredock.com with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll cover return shipping and replacement.
